W.A. Chester management personnel possess, on average, over 30 years of valuable project and construction experience in the electric power transmission and distribution industry. They are members of the IEEE and the ICC. Our employees have the proven expertise to manage and execute projects from the conceptual phase through design, procurement, construction and commissioning.
FRANK L. MUSICK, PRESIDENT
Mr. Musick has over 30 years of experience in transmission and distribution operations, underground transmission design and construction, and project management of underground, overhead and substation projects with W.A. Chester and PEPCO. Mr. Musick joined W.A. Chester in 1996, following its acquisition by PEPCO. Mr. Musick has a BS degree in Electrical Engineering, an MS degree in Construction Management and holds electrical contractor licenses in a number of jurisdictions. Mr. Musick became President of W.A. Chester on April 1, 2018.
DON PARRIS, VICE PRESIDENT OF UNDERGROUND TRANSMISSION
Mr. Parris has over 40 years of experience in electric utility transmission and generation with W.A. Chester and PEPCO. His experience includes detailed design, strategic planning, construction management, project management and start-up. Mr. Parris joined W.A. Chester in 2000. Mr. Parris has a BS degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a Registered Professional Engineer.
WILLIAM COOK, JR., DIRECTOR OF BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT
Mr. Cook joined W.A. Chester in 2008 as the Manager of Business Development with over 10 years of experience in the fields of community, government, media and public relations management. Mr. Cook served as the Community Relations Manager for the 18 mile-long NSTAR 345 kV Project in Boston, MA in 2008. Mr. Cook was promoted to Director of Business Development in April of 2018.
